RESOLVED, That the Convention by a rising vote express its appreciation of the splendid work done by the local Committee on Arrangements, the citizens of New Orleans, the press, the administration of the Auditorium, the branches of government which have loaned their forces, and to all the organizations and individuals who have served so well in providing every convenience for this Convention. The courtesy, service, and spirit of all these necessary helpers has been unsurpassed.
