The SBC has a rich history of providing resources and training for disability ministry. The work of the Disability Ministry Task Force has expanded awareness of these resources and encouraged SBC churches to strengthen their evangelism and discipleship efforts for people with disabilities and their families.

Disability Ministry Task Force Report
The Disability Ministry Task Force submitted the following report and recommendations to the SBC Executive Committee for approval in February 2026. The report will be presented to the Southern Baptist Convention in June 2026.
