Saleem and Rahisha Wright serve together at Keystone Harvest, a church plant in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania, just outside Philadelphia. As lead pastor, Saleem shepherds the congregation through preaching, teaching, disciple-making, leadership development and vision casting, while Rahisha disciples and leads the church’s women, strengthening its overall life and ministry. Saleem describes church planting as wearing many hats at once, from preaching and shepherding to administration and outreach, all while depending on the Lord for wisdom, strength and volunteers. His greatest joy comes from watching people place their faith in Christ, declare it through baptism, discover their spiritual gifts and begin serving others. The Wrights have also seen God provide for families in the church facing unexpected job loss, meeting needs and opening doors beyond what they imagined as the congregation prayed, reminders that God still hears prayer and faithfully cares for His people.
Pray that Saleem and his family will be strengthened, protected and encouraged as Keystone Harvest reaches the Philadelphia suburbs with the gospel.
