Matt Hadden planned to become an international missionary before he visited the Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota on a short-term mission trip. While there, he saw the tremendous needs around him. Matt saw how his family could be international missionaries without leaving the United States.
Less than 3 percent of the Oglala Lakota people claim to know Jesus. The Haddens hope to change that statistic and help them experience the hope of the Gospel.
The Haddens lead Čhaŋkú Wašté Ranch, a ministry center on the reservation. They share Christ through a three-pronged approach: a summer camp, providing free home repair, and offering medical services through a new clinic.
The Cooperative Program (CP) takes the Gospel to the nations and the neighborhoods. Your financial support through the Cooperative Program helps missionaries and church plants be intentional in a Gospel reach to their communities.
Pray that the Lord gives the Haddens wisdom as they meet the many physical and spiritual needs of the Oglala Lakota people.
