Leo & MioshaRobinson

When God called Leo and Miosha Robinson to plant a church in Flint, Michigan, they began by asking their neighbors, “What do you need?” The answer surprised them—people needed a laundromat.

“Single moms told us doing laundry meant taking a bus across town,” Leo says. “It could take all day and cost over $100. People were missing work or school simply because they didn’t have clean clothes.”

After launching Good Church, the Robinsons opened Good Laundry in the church basement—a low-cost laundromat that now meets a practical need and opens doors for gospel conversations. The result? Lives are being changed, and baptisms are happening—all because the church listened and responded.

Through the Cooperative Program, our church helps support missionaries like the Robinsons, who are creatively showing the love of Jesus in underserved communities.

Pray this week for the people in Flint who have experienced pain and trauma and that Good Church would be able to meet them with the hope of the gospel.
