That we commend the movement launched by the good citizens of Arkansas to repeal by popular referendum the unfortunate and regrettable law enacted by the legislature of that state making a residence of 90 days within the state by applicants for divorce sufficient to secure a hearing. We hope this movement may succeed and that the blot which has been placed on the name and the honor of the state by the legislature may be removed by the people.
