WHEREAS, Southern Baptists experienced losses in number of baptisms, and enrollment of our Sunday School, Church Training, Baptist Men, and Woman’s Missionary Union last year.
Be it therefore RESOLVED, That the messengers of this Convention go on record expressing our concern over what is happening to us as a denomination and resolve to give ourselves to prayer for revival in our midst.
Be it further RESOLVED, That Convention messengers participate in the prayer service for spiritual awakening at 3:45 on Thursday, June 15, in the World Congress Center.
