WHEREAS, There are evidences of internal destruction and violence appearing in our midst on a daily basis, and
WHEREAS, We are keenly aware that such violence may ultimately render America impotent before its adversaries,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That we urge the present administration to continue its vigilant and peaceful efforts to contain radical extremists as well as the encroachment of conspiratorial communism at home and abroad, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That we simultaneously encourage, where such is desired, the free interchange of ideas and the registering of dissent when it is done in an orderly manner.
