The arrangements made by the local committees, with the support of the churches, for the work and convenience of the Convention have left nothing to be desired. The auditorium has been provided free of cost; the platform has been adorned with flags and flowers; the Moler Organ Company repaired the organ for our special use; the pianist and organist have been faithful and skillful; the local press has given us some space; the railroads granted a generous reduction in fares; policemen and firemen have been on constant guard.
The Southern Baptist Convention hereby records its cordial appreciation and sincere gratitude to all these and every other person, committee and agency that has in this or in any other way contributed to the comfort, pleasure, or efficiency of the Convention.
