WHEREAS, It is the earnest desire of this body to promote the practical working efficiency of all the bodies cooperating with this Convention; and,
WHEREAS, The Every-Member Canvass has been found by such churches as have tried it to be a helpful, practical plan of work;
RESOLVED, That we recommend to the State Conventions and General and District Associations that suitable and sufficient time be given to discussing the Every-Member Canvass at either the meetings of the Pastors’ Conferences or the Conventions proper, as may seem best to them.
