We, messengers to the Convention, hereby tender our sincere thanks to the local committee for the magnificent manner in which the Convention has been entertained. This was due to the painstaking preparation which was made by the faithful and efficient local committee through its several departments. Our every need has been anticipated and everything has been done to make our stay pleasant, and we shall carry away nothing but happy memories of Kansas City.
We also thank the railroads for giving reduced rates and excellent service.
