We have a few important details to make you aware of for tonight‘s event. Please read the following information carefully to ensure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable evening: \n1) Please do not bring pets to this event. We will have a petting zoo with pony rides that we do not want to be disturbed by other pets. \n2) Please be sure to stay with your children throughout the event. We have big rides that require adult supervision and we request that you do not allow your children to roam freely in the event space.  \n3) At the Spring Picnic\, we had so many people attend and the lines for food trucks were very long! For the Fall Festival\, we will have 5 different food trucks to help cut down the lines\, but if you don’t want to wait in line\, we’ll have a few ready-made hot dogs available. \n4) Every person will be able to get one free meal and one free dessert from the food trucks available.  \n5) While we will not have a costume contest for kids\, we do encourage kids to dress up in their costumes if they would like to do so!  \nAgain\, we look forward to tonight!  \nAllyson Todd\nOffice & Event Coordinator\n816-414-3722
