||Significant time spent in prayer and Bible study so as to be the spiritual leader/shepherd of the congregation
Provide leadership and vision for the church

||Basically, to work as a church planter in an existing work with an elderly congregation of 35-40 in regular attendance.
Our original job description for a pastor is following, but we feel God's calling to make our prime location a new church start.
Work at least a forty hour week including time spent in pastor's church office (regular hours to be setablished and published to congregation) out doing ministry/work of the church/representing the church at denominational meetings or civic events.
Schedule two days a week to be off (with allowance for flex time if emergencies and special occasions infringe on days off)
Two weeks annual vacation (10 working days)
Pastor allowed to miss up to four Sundays annually which will include vacation
