Monument Point Fellowship (MPF), Jacksonville, Florida, a SBC church, is seeking a full-time pastor to lead their Worship Ministry and assume responsibility for the leadership and administration of the College/Young Adult Ministry. MPF is a Gospel-driven church that holds a high view of Scripture and God’s sovereignty over all things. The primary responsibilities would include planning, organization and leadership of the Worship Team Ministry and oversight and leadership of the College / Young Adult Ministry. Additional duties may include providing leadership or oversight for special church-wide events, providing administrative support to the Home Team Ministry related to grounds and building maintenance and assisting the senior pastor and associate pastor with other pastoral care responsibilities. Salary and benefits package is commensurate with education and experience in the range of $40,000 - $50,000. REQUIREMENTS:

The candidate for this position should be strong in administrative and organizational skills, enjoy interacting with, encouraging and motivating others. A degree in Worship and Pastoral studies is preferred and worship ministry experience strongly recommended. The time requirements are approximately 40 – 50 hours per week with a generous amount of flexibility.
