Responsible for leading and directing the various activities of the Youth (grades 6-12) and giving directions to volunteer Youth Workers.
Must be at least 21 years of age and have some college. Must be self-motivated but also willing to learn, must possess good organizational skills, must interact well with youth, must be mature enough to lead.
