Special Education

The Special Education department at Delaney Street is a vital part of our churchs ministry. Residents from several group homes are picked up by our church bus for Sunday School and church every Sunday. The teachers in this department show the love of Christ not only to our students, but to the Central Florida community as well. During the summer, many of our students traveled to Lake Yale for Vacation Bible School. Several of our students have won medals in the Special Olympics!

Youth

The Delaney Church Youth AWOL “Away” Word of Life students wrapped up their exciting summer of fun activities during the long break. They participated in many “serving” activities by volunteering with organizations such as “Clean The World”, and Central Florida Food Bank, just to name a few. Tuesday Bible Studies wrapped up August 14th. There were 30 students participating in Identity’s summer program. As the students return to school, we continue our “Word of Life” on Sundays at 5 p.m. and Worship on Wednesdays at 6:30 pm.
