Take Hwy 61 south to Market Street (corner of Hannibal Inn, Holiday Inn Express) and turn left onto Market going east. Follow for approximately two miles until you reach Prince Avenue. Go up one block and turn right. You will see the church ahead on the corner of Prince Ave. and St. Charles St.
