Music has always been a large part of FBC Bluefield. We have an excellent and dedicated choir that sings everything from the beautiful hymns of yesteryear to the worship songs of today. We are always looking for new voices to sing His praises!
We have an active children and preschool ministry group. Our dedicated volunteers are always coming up with new ways to help our kids grow in their knowledge of Christ, their experience of ministry, and to have fun while doing it.
Older Adults Still in Service is our senior adult ministry! They are involved in local missions, fellowship, and fun. They meet monthly, reach out to the community, and often have trips planned or special meals. Nothing slows them down!
Phileo is our youth program. Headed up by our youth leader and youth team, this group is very active within the church and on the mission field. Whether it's hang time, bible studies, or hitting the local or international mission field, our teens are always ready to go!
RJL is a women's ministry built around local missions work, fellowship, and fun. Comprised of ages 20-60, it is full of wisdom, energy, and a sincere dedication to seeing God's work done in our local and state communities. These ladies are on fire!
Our church has various small groups and classes throughout the year. Whether it is Financial Peace University, Beth Moore Studies, Tony Evans Studies, we often have something going to help you plug in and get to know us as well as to provide fellowship and discipleship.
We have an active WMU ministry in our church that is always looking for ways to reach out in missions, whether it is locally or globally. Their hard work keeps our church informed on what is going on in the IMB, the NAMB, and our state convention.
This is a group of older ladies within our church who meet monthly. They have both local mission work as well as service within the church. They are a fantastic way to get to know our church.
We have both a youth and a children's choir that are wonderful. They often participate in the All-State Choir and our church always looks forward to the Sundays when they bless us in song.
